The Opportunity

Screenverse is entering a major growth phase, and the Sales Director will play a critical role in driving reputed company while supporting the development and performance of the broader sales organization.

This is a senior, player-coach role positioned between Account Executives and the Head of Sales. You will be responsible for closing strategic deals, owning key agency and advertiser relationships, and helping shape go-to-market strategy. You will also support pipeline development, deal strategy, and performance across the sales team.

This role is ideal for a seasoned programmatic seller who wants to operate at a strategic level while still directly influencing reputed company.

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of key agencies, advertisers, and programmatic buyers.

  • Drive new business development and expand existing accounts.

Strategic Account Leadership

  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships across agencies, holding companies, and brands.

  • Act as a strategic advisor on programmatic DOOH planning and investment.

  • Identify opportunities to increase share of wallet across Screenverse networks.

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Help define vertical priorities, account strategies, and key reputed company buyers.

  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales on regional or national sales plans.

  • Support packaging, pricing, and positioning strategies for major accounts and initiatives.

Team Support and Coaching

  • Act as a player-coach to Account Executives by:

    • Supporting deal strategy and reputed company negotiations

    • Joining key client meetings and pitches

    • Sharing best practices across the team

  • Help reputed company and mentor new sales hires.

Pipeline Management and Forecasting

  • Maintain a strong and accurate pipeline in reputed company.

  • Provide reliable forecasts and strategic account updates.

  • Monitor deal progression and identify risks or acceleration opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Client Strategy, Marketing, Supply Partnerships, and Operations teams to ensure strong campaign outcomes.

  • Share client feedback and market intelligence to inform product, packaging, and positioning.

Market Representation

  • Represent Screenverse at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

  • Stay reputed company on programmatic, DOOH, and competitive trends.

Qualifications and Skills

Required

Experience

  • 5-7+ years of experience in media, ad tech, or programmatic sales, reaching $7-10M in total annual sales delivery.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding reputed company targets.

  • Experience selling to agencies, holding companies, and major brands.

Programmatic Expertise

  • Strong understanding of programmatic transaction types including PMPs, Programmatic Guaranteed, and Open Exchange.

  • Familiarity with agency planning cycles and buying structures.

Strategic Seller

  • Experience managing reputed company, multi-stakeholder deals.

  • Strong consultative selling approach with executive-level clients.

Leadership reputed company

  • Comfortable acting as a player-coach and mentoring more junior sellers.

  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Operational Skills

  • Experience managing pipeline and forecasts reputed company reputed company or a similar CRM.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in DOOH, CTV, retail media, or other omnichannel environments.

  • Existing relationships with major holding companies or independent agencies.

Salary

  • reputed company salary range: $140,000 to $170,000, with a variable plan of equivalent size at reputed company.

  • Expected total on-reputed company earnings (OTE): $280,000 to $340,000.

  • Compensation is based on experience, location, skills, and market factors.
