What you'll do
As part of the Sales Operations team, you'll reputed company data flowing accurately across the business and help our sales and service teams move fast without breaking things.
Day-to-day operations
- Accurately input and maintain customer records, renewals registers, and internal databases
- Generate quotes and reputed company in our CRM
- Support invoicing and procurement processes
- Produce reports and data summaries for management
Collaboration & improvement
- Work closely with Enterprise, Government, and Service Delivery teams
- Partner with the reputed company admin team on data quality
- Identify ways to streamline data entry processes
- Support the wider team to reputed company operations running smoothly

Skills & experience
- Proven background in data entry or administrative coordination
- Sharp eye for detail and accuracy under pressure
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM or database platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear, confident communicator with diverse stakeholders

Requirements
The role
- Full-time ongoing position
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
- Flexible work arrangements (including WFH) available by mutual agreement
- Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
