Job Overview:

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift US Eastern Hours of 8 am to 5 pm or as reputed company to that as possible

Salary: PHP 62,500.00 - PHP 70,000.00

reputed company’re Looking For:

• BCom Accounting degree or reputed company qualification with 4-6 years of relevant experience

• Experience with Dynamics 365, reputed company and reputed company for billing purposes

• Proficiency in accounting system and financial reporting

• Strong reputed company office skills with proficiency in reputed company products, database management software, and internet-based tools

• Experience with bulk invoicing preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships internally and externally.

• Comfortable working with reputed company levels of management, Clients, and employees

• Customer focused with the ability to anticipate and respond to internal and external stakeholder needs

• Strong Collaboration skills with the ability to set goals, solve problems and reputed company sound decisions to enhance organizational effectiveness.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Review and approved customer account set up in compliance with company standards ensuring reputed company required billing are details on file

• Review reputed company, purchase orders, and billing terms, and accurately capture billing details in the management information system (MIS)

• Prepare accurate and timely invoices and submit them through multiple billing portals.

• Maintain clear communication with the project accountant team reputed company and the digital innovation CSM/FSR team reputed company email and messaging portal.

• Process expense transfer to the correct accounts reputed company the MIS and ensuring proper approval and maintain a clear audit trail.

• Support the Project Accountant team reputed company and Digital Innovation CSM/FSR team in coordinating and monitoring billing and collection.

• Process billing voids and write-offs with appropriate approval

• Maintain accurate customer account records, including invoices and contract documentation.

• Initiate and manage customer account reputed company-outs to ensure reputed company MIS records are complete and accurate.

• Review and monitor customer record updates in the CRM system, ensuring supporting documentation aligns with MIS billing records.

• Accurately process payment and follow up with the relevant internal teams where necessary.

• Monitor collections, maintain AR ledger comments, and engage directly with customers reputed company required.

• Escalate unresolved collection matter (60+ days outstanding) to the Project Accountant Team reputed company and Digital Innovation CSM/FSR team.

• Ensure compliance with the CSP process.

• Participate in company wide initiatives, including quality assurance and reputed company improvement.
