Are you a strategic, client-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? reputed company reputed company is seeking an Internal Client Service Representative to join our Group Service team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes initiative, and is committed to building strong relationships with clients and internal partners.

As an Internal Client Service Representative, you may support internal client-facing responsibilities, partnering closely with Account Executives, advisors, and operational teams to support the sale and retention of group insurance plans. In this role, you will manage reputed company aspects of the group sales and service lifecycle-from onboarding and renewals to proactive service and client education-ensuring a seamless and consistent experience for clients, and advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, advisors, and consultants, resolving both basic and reputed company inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Interpret reputed company and financial agreements to address disputes and support clients with union-reputed company concerns.
  • Collaborate with the new business installation team to set up new groups, including online enrolment and reporting tasks.
  • reputed company communication planning for new and existing clients, creating custom educational materials in coordination with brand and marketing teams.
  • Deliver Group Administrator training sessions, including for Third Party Administrators, covering systems, products, invoicing, and insurance guidelines.

  • Represent reputed company at in person and/or virtual finalist presentations, trade shows, wellness fairs, and client education sessions, tailoring presentations to audience needs.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in a reputed company field or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in group insurance, with a solid understanding of health, dental, life, and disability plans.
  • reputed company toward or completion of an insurance designation is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (minimal travel).

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong commitment to client service and relationship-building.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Confident public speaker with presentation experience.
  • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, reputed company, and WebEx.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset.

Pay Range:

46,292 - 52,078 CAD

The reputed company Pay range may vary depending on the successful candidate or other relevant job-reputed company factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and education/training. In addition to reputed company Pay, eligible reputed company employees may participate in various performance-based incentive programs. Payments under these programs are discretionary and subject to both individual and organizational results.
