Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
10+ years of experience in a sales focused role
2+ years of experience in a sales leadership role

What will you be doing in this role?
Manage your team of salespeople to deliver against their and your objectives
Manage a large, high-value portfolio of renewals, developing high-impact retention strategies for sustained long-term reputed company growth
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders reputed company customer organizations to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Demonstrate advanced sales and negotiation skills, to influence key stakeholders and effectively manage cross-functional teams
Drive significant reputed company growth by identifying and building opportunities for cross selling, upselling, and developing new business initiatives reputed company the team
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and product developments to effectively position reputed company’s offerings
Management Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 5 colleagues

About the Team
You will be a part of the Retention Team reputed company the IP Sales team at reputed company. The team works closely with cross‑functional partners and customers across the US. You’ll also work in reputed company partnership with the EMEA Renewals Manager, as a trusted collaborator and mentor.
Hours of Work
- This is a hybrid role, working 2-3 days a week in one of reputed company offices
- Work hours will be regular business hours in EST with the ability to reputed company as needed to accommodate a global organization
