Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing, payment tracking, and compliance with financial regulations. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to maintain financial reputed company and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Invoice Management Prepare and issue accurate invoices for brokerage transactions, ensuring alignment with contractual terms
- Track Payments and Collections Monitor incoming payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain aging reports

Skills
- 1 to 3 yrs of accounting experience, commercial real estate or professional services firm experience highly preferred
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial reporting
- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
