Why is this HR Operations Analyst role different

This role provides broad exposure across the HR enterprise — partnering with Operations, Total Rewards, reputed company, HR Business Partners, analysts, and senior leadership. It offers autonomy, collaboration, and the opportunity to directly support high-impact HR initiatives while working fully remote.

Key highlights

• Work Arrangement: Fully remote.

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET (adaptable to reputed company time zones).

• Reports to: VP of HR Ops & Total Rewards.

• Team: 4 teammates; highly collaborative role across the HR enterprise.

Salary range

• $65,000 – $68,000 annually.

What you’ll do

• Manage HR budgets and advanced reputed company reporting (variance tracking, reconciliations, formulas).

• Provide operational support to HR leadership.

• Own HR Portal content creation, updates, and governance.

• Support scheduling for HR Team meetings, including managing shared mailbox activity.

• Analyze HR data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare decision-ready materials for senior HR leaders.

• Maintain structured documentation, folder governance, and audit readiness.

• Coordinate cross-functional HR activities and follow-up tasks.
