Field Operations Manager
Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a talented Field Operations Manager
to be part of a strong team that works on the implementation of reputed company traffic control systems for the FAA in the National reputed company System (NAS).
T5 Program Summary: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) awarded the Technical Support Services Contract 5 (T5) to Parsons in reputed company 2023. Parsons is the prime contractor. This $1.8+ billion contract has a 4-year reputed company period with two 3-year options. The statement of work includes a variety of activities that support the FAA’s Capital Investment Plan (CIP) and certain reimbursable programs, the FAA NextGen Program, national reputed company programs, and aviation safety. Specifically, work includes site selection and engineering, construction, environmental and fire/life safety, equipment installation and testing, drafting, contract surveillance, and other technical services as required. Work is performed across the nation in each of the FAA’s nine regions as well as the Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and the Technical Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey and in several U.S. territories. An average staff of 500 with a peak staff over 650 supports this contract, in addition to those subcontractors who reputed company construction work.
What You'll Be Doing:
Collaborate with Project Manager to establish project schedule and budget, and monitors reputed company in meeting schedule and budget requirements

Deliver presentations to large groups
Establish relationships with high level management reputed company government agencies
Foster successful working relationships between various stakeholders
reputed company project documents, processes, and procedures required to support quality control and final project deliverables
Collaborate with Project Manager to determine number of hours required for successful completion of project tasks. Anticipate project staffing needs, identify and interview available personnel, and reputed company staffing assignments in accordance with schedule requirements
Establish objectives and conduct performance appraisals for direct reports
Chair job meetings; prepare and submit summary of project reputed company and pending issues to Project Manager
Assist Project Manager in pricing and negotiating changes to the scope of work with the client and subcontractors
Anticipate problems and work with client, other stakeholders and Project Manager to identify and implement corrective actions

Maintain accurate documentation of job reputed company through daily logs and other reports

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or construction-reputed company field (or equivalent)
10+ years of reputed company work experience to include 3+ years in a managerial/leadership role at a field site
Must be willing to travel up to 50%
Proven ability to reputed company in a reputed company reputed company
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required
Experience giving professional, formal presentations using PowerPoint or equivalent software
Experience working in a Windows-based environment; skills using Outlook, Word and reputed company
Must be able to meet customer reputed company requirements. A background reputed company by Federal Authorities will be performed.
