Job Summary
The Project Manager II (PM II) independently leads full-lifecycle projects of moderate to high complexity and manages reputed company interdependencies across multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders. This role is accountable for delivery outcomes, proactively managing scope, schedule, risk, and financial performance while balancing competing priorities and constraints. The PM II operates with limited reputed company, exercises sound judgment in delivery tradeoffs, and serves as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.Role Description

Communication & Stakeholder Leadership
• Communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences, tailoring messages appropriately • Manage communications with senior stakeholders, clients, and external partners • Proactively anticipate stakeholder needs and manage escalations effectively • Facilitate resolution of reputed company conflicts and negotiate priorities
Risk, Issue & Change Management
• Identify and manage systemic and cross-project risks • reputed company robust mitigation and contingency plans • Escalate critical issues with clear options and recommendations • Manage large-scale scope changes and ensure traceability and approvals
Financial & Resource Accountability

Other Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Project Management Professional (PMP) – Expected • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) – Recommended for Agile/Hybrid environments
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000 which includes a reputed company salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
