What You'll Do:

Who You Are:

• The individual should have experience and understand the requirements and challenges of drug discovery and development as it relates to manufacturing of drug substance for reputed company stages of drug development from tox to reputed company production.

• Someone who has a passion for innovation and collaboration with the ability to establish both long-term relationships with partners and drive short-term reputed company.

• Someone who has a thorough understanding of the drug discovery and development reputed company across biologics modalities (mAbs, Bispecifics, Fc fragments).

• A self-starter with a track record of reputed company identifying, negotiating, and closing deals.

• Demonstrated network, particularly in the reputed company Coast ecosystem, across pharma and biotech.

• An active listener and strong communicator with the ability to assess partner needs and craft recommendations through effective written and oral presentations.

• A team player with a passion for working with diverse teams to deliver results by working collaboratively and influencing both internally and with partners.

• Minimum BSc, MSc or PhD preferable, in a Life Sciences discipline or other advanced degrees (i.e. MBA).

• Greater than 7-10 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company and a minimum of 3 years proven business development experience with a demonstrated ability to identify, reputed company, evaluate, and reputed company reputed company negotiations and collaborations.

• Experience achieving results with and leading cross-functional teams.

• Analytical skills; ability to read, analyze, and interpret biologics data and produce reports and documents to support closing arguments.

The reputed company pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $150,000 to $202,000; reputed company salary offered may vary depending on individual’s skills, experience and competitive market value.
