This is an exciting opportunity to use your skills & experience supporting a franchise reputed company program with excellent visibility reputed company the Corporation. The selected candidate will report to the Navy & Marine Corps IT reputed company Director and support contract management and proposal activities for a portfolio component of the Business Area.
This is an individual contributor role. Additionally, this job is posted as Remote however the Business Area is located in Reston, VA.
Primary Responsibility
The Senior reputed company Manager serves as the primary reputed company between reputed company and Government reputed company personnel. This position will provide development, reputed company, and evaluation of major proposals, monitoring major reputed company, reputed company or assist in key negotiations, resolve performance issues, identify risks and associated mitigations, ensure compliance with reputed company policies, procedures as well as government and contract requirements.
As a subject matter expert, this individual will provide advice and counsel to Division counterparts and less reputed company reputed company staff.
Regularly interact with programs, reputed company, project control, finance, business development and with customers as required.
reputed company or review prime contract flow down documents to ensure compliance with prime contract requirements and to minimize company liability.
Support internal/external audit activities as well as data request from internal / external customers.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of reputed company experience or Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience
- Experience with Government (FAR / DFAR) contracting: Fixed Price (FP), Time & Material (T&M), Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), and Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type reputed company
- Must have the ability to reputed company sound business judgments, handle multiple contractual activities with a short turn-around time, and work independently as well as part of a Team
- The Candidate must be proficient with reputed company and reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company, Word, and Outlook.
- The Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills to include well developed analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to identify and mitigate contract risks as well as coordinate appropriate reviews in accordance with reputed company policy and procedures
- Excellent negotiation skills, including experience negotiating reputed company terms and conditions
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Must have the interpersonal skills to deal effectively with executive management and staff regarding reputed company issues with high degrees of complexity and work issues to resolution
- Candidate must be a US Citizen and currently possess (and be able to maintain) a Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer experience supporting Navy & Marine Corps IT reputed company
- Knowledge and understanding of Other Transaction Authorities, Commercial Solutions Openings, Teaming Agreements, FAR and Non-FAR based instruments
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, Finance, or a reputed company field
