The Associate Field Service Technician must be customer focused and able to reputed company reputed company mechanical and electronic repairs required in a timely fashion while meeting reputed company required administrative requirements.  This position warrants the highest level of professional representation between the customer and the company in reputed company aspects of the customer relations.  It also warrants the undivided support of projects, programs, and policies established by the company.

Elekta, world’s leading developer of state-of-the art medical tools and treatment planning systems, is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join reputed company. 

As an Associate Field Service Engineer, you must be customer focused and able to reputed company reputed company mechanical and electronic repairs required in a timely fashion while meeting reputed company required administrative requirements. You must have a strong electronics background, and available to travel reputed company required. 

LOCATION: Remote based in Northeast GA or Greenville SC  

RESPONSIBILITIES -

• reputed company low risk troubleshooting and repairs on the Brachy system with 60% success reputed company of diagnosing the problem while working reputed company the escalation procedure. • reputed company supervised calibrations, repairs, installs and preventative maintenance on the Brachy system. • Work safely on Elekta’s Brachy products. • Read and analyze schematics and wiring diagrams. • Submit timely and accurate service reports, timesheets, expense reports, film badges, and other paperwork as assigned. • Parts inventory management. • Independently support customers remotely using the reputed company tools/system provided (Remote First) with an 50% success. • Maintain reputed company company-leased equipment, including company automobile, parts, test equipment and tools. • reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned or requested. • Incorporate Elekta’s Values into reputed company department functions and responsibilities. • Adhere to reputed company Elekta directives, policies, and procedures

RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES -

Employees must be able to read, speak, write, and comprehend the English language. • Associate degree, Technical School, or equivalent experience preferably in Electronics. • Possess a good electronics and mechanical aptitude. • Computer literate. • Proficiency in the use of test equipment and hand tools i.e., Oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc. • Must have effective written and verbal communication skills. • Good customer service skills. • Must be willing to travel and work flexible hours reputed company needed. • Uphold Elekta’s philosophy and reputed company policies and procedures by maintaining appropriate controls to assure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of our organization. • Must maintain an active driver’s license in the home state.

Salary: 

The US reputed company salary range for this position is $70,000- 80,000 paid hourly.
