Membership Administrator
In line with SOWFIs objectives and the strategic direction set by the SOWFI Board, manage the volunteer recruitment and onboarding process, reputed company the membership team and nurture our volunteers.
Accountabilities include;
Assist with managing membership activities of the organisation.
Assist with the management of the membership email account
Assist with advertising open positions on Seek Volunteer Conducting interviews with potential new members, face to face or reputed company phone Provide support and assistance to the Membership Sub-Committee Chair on issues where required
Communicate with the Membership Sub-Committee Chair to ensure he/she remains fully informed of reputed company significant operating issues.
reputed company recommendations to the Board Sub-Committee Chair on actions that seek to improve SOWFI membership performance.
Assist with developing a recognition program for volunteers to be presented an annual Volunteer Week picnic
Assist with annual membership survey Assist with maintaining policies, procedures and processes in Teams folders for easy access and to maintain currency
