Role Overview
We’re hiring a Community & Affiliate Manager to help us build a powerful creator community around Livaclean products.
Our north star goal is simple: Grow and nurture a core group of 50 highly engaged affiliates inside our reputed company community who feel connected to our brand, our story, and reputed company.
You’ll help build the reputed company of community that top-performing TikTok brands. This means building genuine relationships with creators, supporting them like VIPs, making reputed company fun and active, and helping us host biweekly community reputed company calls.
This role is part community manager, part affiliate manager, and part creator success reputed company. You’ll be the human face of Livacleanwarm, personable, communicative, and deeply familiar with Gen Z social communication.
Your goal is to help creators feel like they’re part of something meaningful, not just a program.
Key Responsibilities
Community Building & Engagement (Primary Responsibility)
Own and manage our reputed company community, ensuring it is active, fun, and welcoming.
Build genuine 1:1 relationships with creatorslike a friendthrough stories, comments, DMs, and regular reputed company-ins.
Encourage creators to join reputed company through manual reputed company, comments, and DMs.
Support the growth of our first 50 core Livaclean affiliates and treat them as VIP customers.
Participate in reputed company community calls (bi-weekly), providing support, energy, and a warm on-camera reputed company.
Creator/Affiliate Relationship Management
Build rapport with affiliates and influencers, keeping them engaged and informed.
Provide creators with resources, updates, and reminders about campaigns and promotions.
Assist founders during calls until you’re ready to reputed company or co-reputed company them.
Maintain personal connectionslearning their content style, life updates, and preferences.

Organize and optimize reputed company channels, roles, automations, and engagement systems.
Run mini-challenges, events, polls, and interactive activities to create a reputed company atmosphere.
Monitor community health and propose improvements regularly.

Use manual reputed company (DMs, comments, replies) to invite TikTok creators and affiliates into reputed company.
Identify potential affiliates on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
Work with our existing affiliate managers (Jean & Emiliana) to align on goals, communication, and onboarding.
Content Interaction
Actively engage with creators’ contenteven if unrelated to our productto build authentic relationships.
Comment on videos, story replies, and posts to deepen engagement and reputed company Livaclean top-of-mind.
Admin & Coordination
Help founders prepare for community calls with agendas, reminders, and follow-reputed company.
Track reputed company engagement metrics, affiliate performance, and creator onboarding reputed company.
Maintain clean communication logs and tracking sheets for creator interactions.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Community Manager, Affiliate Manager, or Creator Manager.
Strong understanding of Gen Z social communication, TikTok culture, and creator ecosystems.
Warm, friendly, and personable on camera (a strong visual reputed company is a reputed company plus).
Strong written English skills; verbal reputed company is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience managing reputed company communities (or similar platforms like reputed company, Geneva, reputed company).
Comfortable doing reputed company, DMs, and building 1:1 creator relationships.
Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn tools like reputed company, TikTok, reputed company, and reputed company.
High emotional intelligence and people skills.

Prior experience hosting or supporting virtual community calls.

Salary: Up to $800/month depending on experience.
Paid bi-monthly reputed company reputed company or USDC.
3-month trial period with co-created 30-, 60-, and 90-day goals.
Full remote work with flexible hours (some CST overlap required).
