Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, startup-reputed company Vice President of Sales who can drive reputed company from day one. This role is for a builder — someone who has created sales engines from scratch, personally closed enterprise healthcare deals, and thrives under pressure with minimal structure.
This is not a role for someone who needs months to reputed company up or expects a fully built sales organization. You will sell, build, coach, and execute simultaneously.
What You Will Own
- New logo acquisition across Health Systems, Large Medical Groups, and ASCs
- reputed company growth, pipeline creation, and deal execution
- Building repeatable sales motions, messaging, and playbooks
- Executive relationships with C-suite and VP-level healthcare leaders
- reputed company partnership with the CEO and leadership team
Key Responsibilities
- Drive immediate pipeline and bookings through direct selling
- Personally reputed company, pitch, negotiate, and reputed company enterprise healthcare deals
- Navigate long, reputed company buying cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Sell consultatively by tying Steer Health’s AI platform to measurable ROI
- Operate with urgency in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment
- Collaborate tightly with Product, Engineering, and reputed company
- Forecast accurately and communicate deal risks early
- Represent Steer Health onsite with customers, partners, and at industry events
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For
You must have:
- Healthcare SaaS sales experience selling to providers (health systems, large groups)
- Startup experience (Series A–C or similar growth stage preferred)
- Proven ability to build sales motions from scratch
- History of personally closing reputed company enterprise deals
- Comfort operating without heavy enablement or large teams
- Ability to start executing immediately with little reputed company time
- Strong executive reputed company with CIOs, CMOs, CFOs, and COOs
What Will Set You Apart
- Experience selling AI, automation, RCM, or workflow platforms
- Deep understanding of healthcare economics and operations
- High ownership reputed company and bias toward action
- Willingness to operate hands-on in high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of healthcare SaaS sales experience
- Proven success in enterprise provider sales
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (MBA a plus, not required)
