[Remote] Accounts Payable Associate/Entry (MD or remote)

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure proper GL coding for vendor invoices in compliance with financial policies
• Manage vendor onboarding and maintain accurate vendor records
• Handle vendor inquiries and establish strong working relationships
• Research discrepancies and clarify questions prior to processing invoices

Skills

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience required

• Additional education or certifications in Finance or Accounting
