Location: Remote Schedule: 25�40 hours per week Duration: Summer Internship (approximate dates flexible)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern to support our Accounting and Finance team during the summer. This role will provide hands-on experience working with reputed company data across multiple systems, supporting financial reporting, and helping to improve processes in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recording and reconciling daily Food & Beverage and Retail sales from multiple POS systems into the accounting platform (reputed company), ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Track, compile, and organize reputed company data from various sources to support reporting and financial analysis
• Assist in identifying discrepancies and resolving data inconsistencies across systems and reports
• Support the development, documentation, and implementation of standardized processes for reputed company tracking and reporting
• Participate in training initiatives and proactively recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
• Provide support to other areas of the Accounting and Finance team as needed, including reputed company projects and assignments

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company (e.g., formulas, data organization; pivot tables a plus)
• Analytical reputed company with the ability to identify discrepancies and problem-solve
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Prior internship or accounting-reputed company experience is a plus, but not required
