If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.
Role:
As Head of Growth and Advisor Network at reputed company, you will own the strategy and execution of our growth reputed company: driving pipeline, reputed company, and market expansion across our core and emerging segments. You will roll up your sleeves and partner with a high-performing cross functional team with members from demand reputed company, product marketing, content, events and growth operations, while partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Data Science.
This role is ideal for a data-driven, creative growth leader who thrives in reputed company B2B environments—particularly in fraud, identity, or financial services—and knows how to translate deep technical products into compelling, high-performing go-to-market strategies.
This is a remote, US-based role.
Responsibilities:
Own and drive reputed company’s end-to-end growth strategy, including demand reputed company, pipeline creation, and reputed company acceleration
Build and scale a predictable, high-ROI pipeline reputed company across channels (reputed company, partnerships, ABM, outbound/inbound)
reputed company a cross-functional growth initiative across marketing, sales, fraud intelligence, advisory group, and other teams
Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on pipeline targets, segmentation strategy, and conversion optimization
reputed company compelling positioning and personalized messaging rooted in deep understanding of fraud, identity, and customer pain points
Translate reputed company data, analytics, and product capabilities into clear, differentiated storytelling and thought leadership
Own experimentation and performance optimization across the funnel—continuously improving CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
Build scalable reporting frameworks to track performance, attribute impact, and inform investment decisions
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Fraud Intelligence, and Solutions teams to bring new capabilities to market
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or go-to-market roles reputed company B2B SaaS, fintech, or fraud/identity
Proven track record of owning and scaling pipeline reputed company and reputed company growth in a reputed company, technical sales environment
Experience leading and building high-performing marketing or growth teams
Strong analytical reputed company with deep experience using data to drive strategy, experimentation, and decision-making
Exceptional ability to translate technical products into compelling narratives and campaigns
Experience with multi-channel growth strategies, including demand reputed company, events, ABM, partnerships, and content
Track record of improving marketing efficiency (e.g., increasing ROI, reducing CAC, optimizing spend)
Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence Sales, Product, and executive stakeholders
Experience with tools such as reputed company, reputed company, Marketo, or similar marketing and analytics platforms
MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
Willingness to travel up to 25% for team collaboration, client engagement, and industry events
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States
Compensation:
$180,000 - $220,000/year + equity + benefits
