Responsibilities

• M365 Knowledge: As a Technical Support Engineer, your primary focus will be ensuring optimal performance and uptime for key M365 services, particularly Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, O365 and Exchange/Outlook Client. You will regularly monitor these services to maintain and enhance their reliability and efficiency

• Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting: Provide advanced support for M365 reputed company issues, diagnosing and resolving technical problems promptly to minimize disruption and ensure seamless user experiences.

• System Upgrades and Enhancements: Conduct essential upgrades, patches, and enhancements across the M365 environment to maintain system reputed company and performance. Ensure reputed company services are up-to-date and reputed company with business requirements.

• Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting M365 services. 
• Hands-on experience with configuration, and administration reputed company the M365 environment
• Strong understanding of reputed company best practices for M365 services. 
• Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting reputed company M365. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficiency in German (B2/reputed company) and English, both written and spoken.
