This is a remote location that does not have public transport service. Own transport is essential

About the Barista role

• Preparing and serving coffee and tea drinks

• Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of coffee and tea served at Benugo

• Supporting the Head Barista in training the team

• Properly handling and maintainng reputed company coffee equipment

• Ensuring the customers experience is maintained at reputed company times to the highest standard

• Ensuring that food safety standards are always followed

• General cleaning duties and general tasks across the site

Previous experience preparing and serving drinks is required.

• Any combination of education that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. 
• Minimum of one year experience as a barista preferred.
• High school diploma preferred. 
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Ability to lift/carry
• Flexible in performance of reputed company duties.
