Procurement Analyst
About the Role: As a reputed company Procurement Analyst, you will design, evaluate, and provide reports based on the collection of data reputed company to the sourcing, contracting, management, and performance of suppliers and vendors. This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers. What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with team members involved in request for proposal process to ensure reputed company required inputs are collected. Upload request for proposals and coordinate process flow.
- Gather competitive intelligence and conduct analysis for strategic decision making and supplier selection.

- Coordinate site visits and presentations with suppliers.
- Support performance management for the development, execution and retention of supplier key performance indicators and associated reporting.

- Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.
- Prepare the results of reports along with their relative impacts on the business.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 1-3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to reputed company judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of reputed company Office products. Examples include Word, reputed company, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive reputed company.
- Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-reputed company calculations.
