You will partner closely with channel owners, product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to align upstream reputed company (ads/referrals) with on-site experiences, improve funnel performance, and build a repeatable system for learning and iteration. What You’ll Do: Customer Research & Voice of Customer
- Own the customer research pipeline, including regular review of customer calls and interactions.
- Design, launch, and analyze post-abandon and post-interaction surveys.

- Define clear success criteria for tests, including primary metrics and guardrails, and ensure consistent documentation of learnings.

- Partner closely with channel owners across Affiliate, PPC, Social, Email, SMS, and Direct Mail.
- Translate campaign performance, audience insights, and channel expertise into clear, testable concepts.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and analytics teams to move reputed company from concept to launch.
- Define A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalized experiences with clear hypotheses, measurement plans, and launch readiness.

- Work directly with engineering teams in an engineering-driven environment to ship experiments.
