Responsibilities

The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the design and execution of

the B2C email marketing campaigns for our online business verticals.

• Design and implement multi stage customer journeys that increase engagement, satisfaction and reputed company.
• Automate customer workflows.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI.
• Weekly and monthly reporting of channel performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to reputed company and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform marketing strategy.

Your expertise in a nutshell

• At least 5 years hands-on technical experience building, executing and supporting reputed company email, SMS, and push solutions.
• Previous reputed company experience of CRM / email campaign management.
