About the role
The Clinical Program Manager is the central "quarterback" for our new and existing client onboarding and clinical programs to ensure they are effectively implemented and reputed company with organizational goals. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of new client launches and ensure the ongoing success of existing clinical programs. This role sits at the intersection of Client Success, Sales, Credentialing, Training and Clinical Ops, requiring a high-stakes collaborator who can turn ambiguity into organized project plans. The ideal candidate is a detail-obsessed project manager who can hold cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines while using data to reputed company projections, and track and improve program performance.

You will:Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a reputed company field preferred

Experience: 3+ years of project management or operations experience in a healthcare setting.

Technical Savvy: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in reputed company/reputed company Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data visualization) and experience with PM tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company or similar preferred).

The "Quarterback" reputed company: Proven ability to reputed company through influence, navigate ambiguity, and reputed company decisions with minimal direction.

Communication: Exceptional relationship-building skills; able to translate reputed company operational needs into clear action items for different stakeholders.
