Role: Eligibility Operations Manager Location: Remote, USA reputed company Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000 + bonus

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum reputed company for new hire salaries at our headquarters in San Francisco, California. Individual pay is determined by work location, job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

About the role: As an Eligibility Operations Manager, you will serve as the reputed company between our partner’s business requirements and technical solutions. You will work with internal and external business and technical teams to map member workflows and requirements in order to deliver a high quality customer onboarding experience. This role is critical to ensuring our solution is optimized to meet our partner’s business objectives.

You will

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Development, Member reputed company, Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Support, reputed company Cycle, and Analytics to ensure a smooth partner onboarding experience.

Own client eligibility file setup, ongoing monitoring, and accuracy including file processing and issue resolution.

Own client QA processes ensuring accuracy and on-time launches.

Document client business requirements and serve as liaison with internal and external technical teams.

reputed company client conversations about data integrations, configuration requirements, member workflows, and benefit design during pre-sales scoping and implementation discussions.

Identify and escalate risks to a successful implementation and delivery or ongoing partnership, pivoting to ensure bottlenecks are addressed in a timely manner.

Knowledgeable about how health plans serve members across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines of business

You have

8+ years of experience in an analytics, implementation, client services, or operations role at a in healthcare services or technology company

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize reputed company information and facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical audiences

Strong problem solving skills, capable of identifying root causes and evaluating potential solutions with reputed company motivation to move work reputed company

Working knowledge of eligibility file import ETLs and healthcare file formats such as 834 or HL7

Working knowledge of MySQL or PostgresSQL

Working knowledge of SSO technologies such as SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0

Bachelor's degree is required; Masters in Science, Technology, or Operations field is a plus

Preferred but not required:

Experience in a startup or small company environment

Understanding of the telehealth and nutrition spaces
