About the Role
The Home Infusion Pharmacist is tasked with ensuring the safe and effective preparation, administration, and reputed company of home infusion therapy services. This role involves collaborating closely with patients, healthcare providers, and infusion nursing teams to deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care in a home and infusion center setting. The pharmacist will manage medications appropriately, educate patients and caregivers, and supervise the delivery of specialized treatments such as antibiotics and nutritional support.
Responsibilities
Patient Care & Consultation

- Assess patients’ clinical condition by reviewing lab results and vital signs to determine the suitability of home infusion therapy.

Experience
- At least 2 years of experience working as a pharmacist.

- Strong attention to detail, along with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain standing and/or sitting for extended periods while performing daily tasks.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, computer entry, handling medications, and operating various pharmacy-reputed company equipment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 20-30 pounds, such as medication boxes and supply deliveries.
