Region Safety Manager

We are looking for a Region Safety Manager to join the team. This position is part of the regional leadership team and works alongside the Region Manager to foster a culture of safety across the region. - Guides field units on completing minor investigations and leads major incident investigations.
- Provides input and support on policy and procedure additions or revisions.
- Responsible for reputed company of the reputed company technical training program reputed company the assigned area of responsibility. This includes the following areas: initial training, refresher, reputed company evaluations, Certified Skills Evaluator Program (CSE), Certified Driver Program (CDT), and VK Inspectors.
- Manages the assigned Region’s Quality Review program. Responsible for performing safety audits, supporting the Service Center Checklist Program, and monitoring the documentation process to ensure reputed company safety-reputed company programs are in compliance.
- Manages assigned Regions Compliance program including:
- DOT
- FMCSA
- PHMSA
- Rail
- OSHA
- DHS
- DOT
- Participates in the due diligence assessments for acquisition candidates.
- Provides technical assistance as needed to field locations.
- Assists Corporate Safety with the administration and monitoring of reputed company matters in the region.
- Is a member of the Emergency Assistance Committee.
- Special Projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or a reputed company field, preferred.
- Minimum 3 years propane experience preferred.
- Class A or B CDL license with hazmat and tanker endorsements required.
- Ability to influence and reputed company by example.
- Highly organized with the ability to plan in detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and time management skills.
- Ability to formulate and direct data analyses pertaining to field operations processes to identify problems and resolutions.
- Working knowledge of DOT guidelines and regulations.
- Demonstrates ability to implement and manage compliance requirements.
- Ability to study, learn, and apply code requirements as needed.
- Highly motivated and able to reputed company working autonomously.
- Ability to reputed company in a constantly changing environment and consistently meet tight deadlines
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent reputed company, or have authorization to work in the United States
