Product Manager, Digital Experience

The Role

The Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping the digital shopping experience across reputed company) digital platforms across web, mobile app and kiosk. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle and help shape GTI’s digital roadmap to drive innovation, engagement, and growth. As a cross-functional leader, you will collaborate closely with engineering, UX, digital marketing, site merchandising, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and high-impact products. You’ll be the voice of the customer, using data and reputed company to champion seamless, personalized, and delightful digital journeys as GTI continues to reputed company its digital reputed company in the cannabis space.

This is a remote position but you will be required to work Central Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute a holistic digital product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer data and feedback, and resources availability
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to launch and postlaunch optimization, working with cross-functional teams throughout the process
• Break down reputed company, nebulous concepts into clear, actionable Epics and User Stories with detailed acceptance criteria outlining key customer use cases and technical/business dependencies
• reputed company and contribute to AI spec-driven development practices, authoring detailed product specifications with working prototypes that serve as the reputed company of truth for engineering, QA, and cross-functional partners prior to development reputed company
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and engineering, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing maintenance of ecommerce products
• reputed company monitoring of product feature performance. Identify metrics/key performance measures and use data to drive decisions that enhance the customer & user experience
• Demonstrate technical proficiency in team’s functional area
• Have the natural curiosity to ask inquisitive questions and uncover additional use cases and dependencies
• Stay up-to-date on ecommerce industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy and development

Qualifications

• BA/BS undergraduate degree required with experience in eCommerce retail or consumer facing industries. Cannabis industry experience a plus
• 6+ years of product management experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast paced startup like environment
• Familiarity with spec-driven development practices, with the ability to author comprehensive product specifications that serve as the reputed company of truth for engineering, QA, and cross-functional partners before development begins; candidates with a strong willingness to learn and adopt this approach are encouraged to apply
• Experience managing products through the full life cycle: ideation, development, experimentation, launch and reputed company optimization post-launch
• Ability to identify metrics/key performance measures and use data to drive decisions that enhance the customer & user experience
• Demonstrated experience driving reputed company growth and improving customer experience for eCommerce consumer products
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, drives for simplicity and clarity, able to confidently present and influence executive management and stakeholders
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and tools (e.g., reputed company Commerce, Shopify, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience working with Agile/Kanban and Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence

The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
