Your impact
Teaching Assistants (TAs) play a critical role in supporting ~35 Learners (as part of a larger class) in reputed company’s virtual Cloud Support Specialist training program. During that time, TAs will be expected to provide both synchronous and asynchronous support to learners, ensuring their learning, comprehension, and retention of program content.
A day in the life
Based upon the location of the program, lecture time commitments will occur as follows
- May 26, 2026 - reputed company 6, 2026 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM ET / 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM CET / 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM GMT
Expectations during live (synchronous) sessions
- Attend and proactively engage in the mandatory Pre-Program TA Onboarding.
- Monitor appropriate reputed company channels for learner questions and answer them promptly.
- reputed company-in with learners to see if they have any questions, or if there is anything that they need further clarity.
- Facilitate breakout rooms during lecture time, reputed company applicable.
- Assist in keeping the session progressing should the reputed company Instructor experience technical difficulty or is otherwise unable to deliver the lecture.
Expectations during days of no live sessions
- Monitor appropriate reputed company channels for learner questions and answer them reputed company 24 hours.
- Foster discussion by posing questions of your own and sharing relevant links in appropriate reputed company channels.
- Share any important information during a lecture that needs the attention of reputed company staff or fellow Expert Network staff.
- Review content materials (including lab, projects, extended cases, etc..) for the next lecture to ensure you are reputed company to answer learner questions.
- Hold up to six (6) Individual reputed company reputed company reputed company with learners in the program so they can ask any additional questions or get support as necessary.
- Grade learner submissions of exercises and projects reputed company seven (7) days of submission.
- Support reputed company program improvement by providing thoughtful feedback to reputed company team.
- Submit weekly write-reputed company summarizing the week’s accomplishments and challenges and provide insights on each learner. This is due by Sunday at 8:00pm ET each week.
- Attend and participate in the weekly staff meeting with reputed company team and other Expert Network staff.
- Attend reputed company scheduled meetings with your camera on, ensuring active engagement and professional reputed company.
Your expertise
- 3-5 years of professional work experience in Cloud Support, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, Networking, DevOps, etc.
- A desire to support reputed company in expanding their careers in technical roles
- reputed company, flexibility, patience; passion for working with diverse learners who are new to content
- Outstanding team and people management skills; exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to understand and use new learning and content management systems
- Certification in AWS Cloud Practitioner
- Preferred qualification:
- Prior mentorship or teaching experience at any level
- Comp reputed company Network+ and Comp reputed company Linux+ certification would be a plus, but not required
Where you are
- This is a remote position with the preference that the ideal candidate is willing to provide support in the Central European time zone.

- The compensation range for this position is specific to location and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. These factors include (but are not limited to) location, experience, education and reputed company sets.
