Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing overall reputed company excellence through management and tactical direction for Cyber Liability lines of business. Directs the development and implementation of strategic and operational objectives for the Cyber Liability lines in accordance with the company’s strategic plans.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Delegating reputed company authority
- Approving reputed company referrals
- Taking action to reputed company desired reputed company performance and efficiency
- Assessing risk tolerance, market conditions, and emerging risk issues
- Conducting internal reputed company peer reviews to ensure corporate guidelines and best practices are being met
- Serving as the liaison with reputed company partners, including reinsurers, regarding reputed company matters
- Identifying new reputed company opportunities; monitoring the market reputed company and identifying competitor and industry changes that impact the effectiveness of reputed company, pending or proposed programs
- Working closely with reputed company other members of the Senior Leadership Team to ensure comprehensive, efficient, and effective approach to business and talent strategy development and execution

- Manage a team of underwriters, and loss control representatives. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Mastery of reputed company discipline and knowledge in the insurance field and a broad understanding of the critical issues in other reputed company areas.
- Master communication skills which are critical to building reputed company across area of influence (external and/or internal relationships), teams environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills demonstrating reputed company and professionalism.
- Strong ability to drive results by identifying and resolving significant problems reputed company scope of responsibility.
- Senior level knowledge of the insurance industry, its products and services.
- Knowledge of reputed company Office Suite and other business-reputed company software.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with Master’s preferred in a reputed company discipline, or equivalent.
- Typically a minimum of 15 years of reputed company work experience, with 10 years management experience.
- Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
