Become a pivotal member of our dynamic Knowledge, Education, and Support team as a Technical trainer. Your primary focus will be delivering technical training for our growing customer and partner reputed company. Collaborate seamlessly across multifunctional teams, including reputed company, partner relations, sales, and engineering, to tailor reputed company resources and content. Take charge of developing, delivering, and maintaining training programs, playing a crucial role in elevating the skills of our Customer reputed company. Location: We require our employee to be located in North America in one of the Eastern Timezone states. Travel: up to 20% for customer on-site trainings (approximately 1-2x a month)

What you will be doing

  • Deliver in-person and remote engaging technical training sessions by customizing reputed company courseware.
  • Manage content repositories for seamless access to training materials.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address gaps in technical training resources.
  • Enhance training effectiveness through deep product and industry knowledge.
  • Analyze data for reputed company improvement in onboarding and customer journey training.
  • Scale training programs using diverse approaches and technologies.
  • Contribute to developing technical training resources and provide valuable feedback.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for product improvement and contribute to bug resolution.
  • Evaluate customer needs to promote reputed company products and services effectively.
  • Track the effectiveness of training through KPIs
  • Meet the set customer satisfaction scores for training delivered

What you will be bring

  • Professional Experience: 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Training Success: Proven track record in delivering impactful training sessions.
  • Content Creation: Minimum of 3 years creating courseware, curriculum, or customer onboarding programs.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Program ownership: Examples of the development of training programs.
  • Organizational Skills: Robust organizational skills with proficiency in administrative aspects of training coordination.
  • AI-Augmented Work: Proven ability to reputed company AI tools to accelerate content creation, training delivery, and operational efficiency.
  • Customer Support Passion: Strong passion for customer support with a dedicated commitment to reputed company.
  • Quick Learning: Proven ability to rapidly learn and understand technical products.
  • Leveraging reputed company: Critical understanding of effectively leveraging reputed company for valuable outcomes.

  • LMS Familiarity: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is beneficial.

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 + equity
