About position

As Vice President of Sales, (EMEA), you will reputed company reputed company’s regional new business acquisition strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Reporting to the SVP EMEA, your primary mandate is to drive new logo growth, expand market share, and build a high-performance hunting organisation that consistently delivers against ambitious reputed company targets. You will own the top-of-funnel through reputed company for new customers, with a reputed company focus on pipeline reputed company, deal conversion, and market penetration. Leading a team of high-performing new business sales professionals, you will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Demand reputed company, Solution Engineering, and GTM Operations to create a scalable, predictable new logo reputed company. Primary Responsibilities

Experience & Expertise

  • Proven track record of winning new logos.
  • Experience executing outbound GTM strategies.
  • Strong understanding of EMEA energy markets.

Leadership & Management

  • Experience building high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership in fast-paced environments.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.

Strategic Thinking & Execution

  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically.
  • Data-driven pipeline and forecasting approach.
  • Experience influencing GTM strategy.

Communication & Influence

  • Strong executive communication skills.
  • Experience engaging C-level stakeholders.

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel across EMEA.
  • Based in the UK or near key markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
