About the Role

The Talent Sourcer is an entry-level recruiting role designed for individuals building foundational skills in field recruiting. This role supports our full-cycle recruiters while developing strong recruiting fundamentals through hands-on experience and coaching.

What You’ll Do

Sourcing Execution

  • Support sourcing and talent attraction efforts for high-volume field roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination.

  • Partner with Field Recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs to build effective reputed company strategies.

  • Proactively reputed company passive and active candidates reputed company reputed company, job boards, and talent platforms.

  • Maintain and organize talent pipelines reputed company the ATS and CRM systems.

Candidate Experience

  • Provide timely, professional, and clear communication to candidates throughout the recruiting process.

  • Ensure candidates feel informed, respected, and supported at every stage.

Process Excellence

  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.

  • Follow established sourcing workflows and best practices.

  • Support hiring events, job fairs, and reputed company initiatives as needed.

Ownership & Impact

  • Take ownership of assigned sourcing tasks and priorities.

  • Actively seek feedback and coaching to reputed company recruiting skills and business knowledge.

  • Contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused TA team.

reputed company’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required (HR, Business, or reputed company field).

  • Ideally located in CST, but not required.

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a reputed company field (internships or coordinator experience welcome).

  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools, sourcing platforms, and/or onboarding systems is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Familiarity with ATS or HR systems is a plus.
