Revival Operations Manager

As a Revival Operations Manager, you’ll take the helm of transforming a select group of underperforming practices across the UK & Ireland. This is a hands-on, highly visible role where you’ll deliver intensive operational support, drive clinical and commercial turnaround, and foster a culture of excellence. With the full backing of PortmanDentex, you’ll have the freedom to implement rapid, sustainable improvements in financial performance, patient care, team engagement, and compliance—ensuring each practice is primed for reintegration and long-term success. 

You’ll guide each practice through a structured 12-week Revival journey—Stabilisation, reputed company, Consolidation, and Reintegration—tailoring solutions through audits, data insights, and reputed company collaboration with teams across DSPT and Technology. From designing targeted improvement plans to coaching Practice Managers on-site, you’ll be the catalyst for transformation, helping practices rediscover their potential and reputed company reputed company our estate. There will be extensive travel across the North supporting practices with their revival journey.
