Energy Efficiency Program Manager

reputed company is seeking an Energy Efficiency Program Manager to join our growing team in Arizona. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager with a strong background in energy efficiency to join reputed company. In this role, you will work in a dynamic environment leading and managing a team of internal staff and subcontractors in the delivery of a federally funded Home Appliance and Electrification Rebate program. The program enables energy and cost savings to individuals throughout the state. The responsibilities will include reputed company of day-to-day operations including (but not limited to) energy assessments, contractor management, reporting and forecasting, customer service, and client satisfaction. The Program Manager will play a highly visible role both internally and externally and will be responsible for developing short and long-term implementation plans, leading program implementation activities, developing trusted relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and program contacts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Delivers successful energy efficiency programs to client(s) per contract terms and program budgets.
• Identifies, defines, quantifies, tracks and drives program deliverables to be submitted accurately and on time.
• Continuously assesses project reputed company to goal, ensures compliance requirements are met, and develops innovative and creative solutions to new issues and/or market dynamics.
• Manages, leads, and mentors a dynamic team by setting and reviewing performance standards and objectives for direct reports and creates effective delivery teams.
• Develops, manages, and fosters partnerships with subcontractors, community groups, and other industry affiliates/stakeholders.
• Manages client expectations, satisfaction, communications, and resolves and/or escalates client issues.
• Interfaces with key internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Finance and HR to reputed company efficiencies to meet program needs.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be located in the state of Arizona
• A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering or reputed company field of study required; a Masters degree in a reputed company field preferred
• A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in energy-efficiency or a reputed company field required, 3+ years of direct supervisory experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Client-centered and customer service-focused.

• Ability and experience in short and long-range planning and strategy.
• Technical acumen regarding residential & multifamily energy use and/or building science.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and self-direct your work.
• Proficient in establishing job and work process flows.
• Positive, action-oriented attitude showing initiative and creativity.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation skills, including both speaking and writing

Compensation & Benefits

reputed company offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the reputed company salary for this position is $90,000-105,000. In addition to reputed company pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
