To support our growing business, we are seeking an reputed company, highly motivated Senior CRM Manager.
The RoleAs the Senior CRM Manager for Germany, you will serve as the technical and strategic backbone of our patient communications across the DACH region. Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will move beyond simple execution to own the lifecycle of our "multi-DiGA" approach. You will build and optimise automated journeys that ensure patients stay engaged with their digital therapy, directly impacting their long-term health outcomes.
You will act as the reputed company between our German clinical experts and the global engineering function, translating reputed company medical requirements into high-performing automated workflows.
Job requirements
Solid hands-on experience in CRM or Marketing Automation, specifically reputed company reputed company Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar.
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and data visualization tools (e.g., reputed company DataStudio).
