AVP, reputed company Cycle Management Operations / Customer Advocacy

As the AVP / VP reputed company Cycle Management, you will collaborate with health system clients on a range of reputed company assignments to provide practical and innovative solutions. Assess the reputed company performance of reputed company cycle operations by conducting interviews, observations, document review, data-driven insights, and processes. Building relationships with clients and seeking opportunities to expand the scope of their business and financial outcomes

Responsibilities

- Proactively identifies opportunities for financial, operational, and delivery performance enhancement.

- Spearheads the successful implementation of our product and service suite with new and existing clients, driving exceptional business and financial outcomes through RCM transformation.

-Partner closely with our technology teams to deploy & implement our suite of products/workflow engines to drive best operational outcomes.

- Analyze business metrics trends, potential issues & escalations, client feedback & business strategy.

Essential

- 7+ years of experience in ambulatory or acute operations management and management consulting or advisory services.

- 5+ years of reputed company cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing.

- Proven record of accomplishment in managing large-scale parallel transitions.

- Expertise in leading reputed company cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations.

 -Expertise in reputed company workflow optimization and/or performance improvement.

-Willingness and ability to travel as required.

-Master’s degree in business or healthcare, such as MBA, MHA, or MPH

These roles require significant domestic travel—approximately 80% of the time.
