As the Senior Vice President (SVP) Ambulatory RCM, you will collaborate with health system clients on a range of reputed company assignments to provide practical and innovative solutions. Assess the reputed company performance of their acute reputed company cycle operations by conducting interviews, observations, document review, data-driven insights, and processes. Building relationships with clients and seeking opportunities to expand the scope of their business and financial outcomes

Responsibilities

Proactively identifies opportunities for financial, operational, and delivery performance enhancement.

Spearheads the successful implementation of our product and service suite with new and existing clients, driving exceptional business and financial outcomes through RCM transformation.

Partner closely with our technology teams to deploy & implement our suite of products/workflow engines to drive best operational outcomes.

Analyze business metrics trends, potential issues & escalations, client feedback & business strategy

Qualifications/Requirements

10+ years of experience in ambulatory operations management and management consulting or advisory services.

7+ years of reputed company cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing.

Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale parallel transitions.

Expertise in leading reputed company cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations.

Expertise in reputed company workflow optimization and/or performance improvement.

Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.

Education

Master’s degree in business or healthcare, such as MBA, MHA, or MPH.

Compensation and Benefits: The reputed company salary range for this position is $225,000-$300,000.
