The Client Success Manager role supports our network of distribution partners reputed company the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with service facilitators, resellers, data vendors, platform providers, and other strategic partners to ensure seamless content distribution, compliance, and collaborative growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product trainings

- Partner with Product to ensure client feedback is integrated into product enhancement roadmaps

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1-2 years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, or a reputed company customer-facing role
- Previous experience servicing Wealth Management accounts is highly preferred
- Previous experience in a Research environment is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (preferably reputed company)
- Collaborative work ethic and a goal driven individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams
