Clarity on the Role

Wellvana is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP), Growth – Health Systems to reputed company regional growth strategy and execution across health systems. This executive will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships, expanding our footprint, and delivering measurable results reputed company with value-based care initiatives in their assigned region. The VP will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer.

What's Expected

Strategic Leadership & Execution

  • Monitor market dynamics, CMS policy changes, and competitive trends to inform strategy.

  • Represent Wellvana as a thought leader at industry events and conferences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Travel

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to support national growth efforts.
Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA, MHA, or reputed company field preferred

  • 10-15 years of healthcare sales, business development, or provider engagement experience

Skills:

  • Proven success exceeding quotas and managing long sales cycles.
  • Extensive experience selling to and managing relationships with health system clients.
  • Experience with value-based care programs, MSSP, Medicare Advantage, and ACO models.
  • Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling sales teams.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively from a remote or home office.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a passion for transforming healthcare.
  • Instills trust, adapts to change, and learns quickly.
  • Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates professionalism in reputed company interactions.
