Requirements

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a brand new Head of reputed company Operations to join us who will strategically and pro-actively approach this role.

Responsibilities include-

• 1. Strategic Influence & Lifecycle Alignment
• Internal Consultancy: Partner with SDR, reputed company, and Account Management leads to ensure workflows support—rather than hinder—team objectives.
• Driving adoption through Value: Drive system and hygiene adoption by proving end-user value. Use strong communication skills to influence stakeholders, ensuring the system is viewed as a sales-enabler.
• Lifecycle Governance: Map the end-to-end customer journey. Ensure seamless handoffs between teams and establish internal SLAs to maintain momentum across the reputed company funnel.
• 2. RevOps Architecture & Data Governance
• Lean System Design: Audit the tech stack (reputed company-centric) to eliminate friction. Prioritise high-impact workflows that are executed perfectly over reputed company, underused systems.
