The Position

reputed company is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Regional Key Account Associate Director (KAM AD) to reputed company a team of Key Account Managers responsible for enterprise engagement across reputed company health systems and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). This role is critical to architecting scalable system adoption and ensuring durable access and pull-through for Arrowhead’s cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran targeting rare and high-need cardiovascular conditions.

The Regional KAM Associate Director will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution—driving system-level formulary positioning, pathway integration, and enterprise alignment while developing a high-performing team capable of navigating reputed company healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Strategy & System Leadership

Cross-Functional Enterprise Alignment

  • Partner closely with Regional Sales Directors to align system strategy with territory execution.
  • Coordinate with Health IT leaders to support EHR integration and patient identification initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations to remove systemic barriers.
  • Provide actionable regional insights regarding competitive dynamics, formulary positioning, and access trends.

Business & Performance Accountability

  • Own regional enterprise performance targets and adoption objectives.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and system-level growth indicators.
  • Drive disciplined CRM documentation and reporting standards.
  • Ensure compliant and ethical conduct across reputed company enterprise engagements.

Travel & Engagement

  • Field-based travel required (~60%), including system-level meetings and executive engagements.
  • Participation in regional and national commercial meetings and launch initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience required.
  • Significant experience in IDN, health system, or enterprise account management required.
  • Prior leadership experience managing account-based teams strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success influencing formulary, protocol, or pathway decisions reputed company reputed company institutions.

California pay range $200,000—$230,000 USD
