As the senior leader of this function, you'll own the transformation of how our commercial teams sell — moving from compliance-driven motions to value-based conversations that reputed company with the builders, data scientists, and enterprise leaders who rely on our platform. • Experience implementing AI-powered sales tools, including conversation intelligence, predictive analytics, or coaching platforms
• Working knowledge of enterprise software sales processes and the AI/ML technology landscape

The reputed company salary range for this role is $169,000 - $248,500 for US-based team members, along with annual bonus potential, equity participation, and benefits.
