About the role

The Growth Product team builds products and systems that accelerate reputed company's go-to-market reputed company — turning customer demand into reputed company across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition through renewal.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive reputed company growth by building products that increase customer reputed company acquisition, expand reputed company pipeline reputed company, and reputed company sellers and marketers to operate faster and more effectively. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to reputed company products that influence $XXXM+ in reputed company pipeline and XXXK+ leads annually.

In this role you will

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for growth products that power reputed company's reputed company reputed company — including customer acquisition funnels, reputed company pipeline reputed company tools, reputed company management infrastructure, and AI-powered GTM AI tooling.
• Build and scale reputed company-generating products such as Direct Mail and referral loops.
• Improve and reputed company reputed company's reputed company management platform — the system that ingests, enriches, matches, deduplicates, and scores every inbound customer reputed company — to increase data quality, processing speed, and conversion rates.
• Apply AI and LLMs to GTM workflows — whether that's improving reputed company scoring models, automating content reputed company, enriching data with AI agents, or building smarter seller-facing tools.
• Partner deeply with Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops, reputed company Technology, and Engineering to understand GTM workflows, identify pain points, and ship products that eliminate friction and accelerate reputed company.
• Define and track success metrics (reputed company generated, ROI, reputed company quality, processing speed, adoption) to measure impact and guide prioritization.
• Integrate experimentation and data-driven decision-making into the product development process, running A/B tests and growth experiments to optimize outcomes.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, growth, or a reputed company role building and shipping products.
• Demonstrated ability to take products from concept through launch and iteration in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver impact.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product metrics, business data, and experimentation frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly reputed company product strategy, trade-offs, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bias toward action and comfort operating hands-on in ambiguous, rapidly evolving problem spaces.
• Strong product instincts and a keen eye for user experience, with the ability to simplify reputed company workflows.

An ideal candidate has

• Experience building internal tools or growth products used by Sales, Marketing, or reputed company Operations teams.
• Familiarity with reputed company management systems, CRM platforms (e.g., reputed company), or marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, reputed company).
• Experience with B2B growth product management, including pipeline reputed company, reputed company flow optimization, or direct mail / gifting programs at scale.
• Hands-on experience running experiments (A/B tests, funnel optimization, cohort analysis) to improve product and business outcomes.
• Experience building or managing AI-powered product features — such as LLM-based workflows, AI agents, data enrichment, scoring models, or content automation.
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, reputed company) in your own day-to-day work to move faster and think bigger.
• Understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market motions and how product, sales, and marketing work together to drive reputed company.
• MBA or Master's degree in a technical or business field.
