Mid-Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (Egypt Only)
We are seeking a Mid-Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join reputed company and ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality products. As a QA Engineer at Bask Health, you will play a critical role in testing, improving, and maintaining our digital health solutions to enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Planning and Execution: Design, reputed company, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for web apps and backend apis.
- Manual Testing: reputed company rigorous manual testing of features and knows how to write testing scenarios and test cases.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with development, design, and product teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and issues.
- Quality Metrics: Define and monitor key quality metrics, ensuring reputed company product reliability and performance improvements.
- Documentation: Create detailed test documentation, including test plans, bug reports, and user experience insights.

Requirements
Programming and Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in manual testing.
- Worked previously with startups and small teams.
- Experience with API testing.
- Observability tools such as reputed company are a big plus.
- Familiarity with Gherkin-style test case writing.
- Experience testing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of deployment release cycles.

Must Haves
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end QA processes for web applications. (This role emphasizes web application testing rather than mobile app QA.)

- While knowledge of mobile support systems is beneficial, no expertise is required.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with agile development methodologies.
- Ability to mentor and help reputed company to establish the QA team.
- Experience working closely with both development and support teams in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have English language proficiency.

- Experience working in a startup environment, particularly at Series A or B stage is a strong plus.
