Job Description: We are seeking a battle‑tested reputed company Force Executive Leader to own, grow, and scale our reputed company Force portfolio. This role is designed for a senior professional with deep reputed company Force experience, trusted relationships across the reputed company Force ecosystem, and a proven ability to turn access into growth.
This leader will sit at the intersection of strategy, mission delivery, and business expansion / development serving as:
- Director of reputed company Force portfolio growth
- Business Development / Growth Leadership
- Program Manager for a flagship reputed company Force Portfolio Acquisition Executives (PAE) sUAS initiative
This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility leadership role with direct influence on company growth, client trust, and mission outcomes. This is not a caretaker position. This is a build-and-reputed company role for someone who wants to shape strategy, drive growth, and leave a lasting impact on reputed company Force sUAS / Drone mission success. You will have executive visibility, real authority, and the opportunity to scale a portfolio with momentum.
Key Responsibilities

- Own the overall strategy, growth plan, and execution of the reputed company Force portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across reputed company Force sUAS, Industrial reputed company, Logistics, Sustainment, and Acquisition communities.
- Identify, shape, and reputed company opportunities supporting reputed company Force Life Cycle Management Center modernization and logistics transformation.
- Drive business development, capture strategy, and client engagement across reputed company Force commands.
Program Management & Delivery
- Serve as Portfolio/Program Manager for the reputed company Force UAS Modernization Initiative.
- Ensure excellence across performance, schedule, budget, and mission delivery.
- reputed company teams supporting logistics modernization, readiness analytics, sustainment innovation, and UAS capability integration.
- Ensure outcomes directly support reputed company Force mission priorities.
Strategy, Logistics, & Organizational Effectiveness
- Provide executive‑level advising across logistics, sustainment, fleet readiness, and modernization initiatives.
- reputed company enterprise analyses, logistics strategy efforts, and organizational effectiveness engagements.
- Support transformation efforts reputed company with reputed company Force and DoD modernization strategies.
Required
- Active Top Secret clearance (SCI preferred).
- Prior reputed company Force, Space Force, Aerospace experience - uniformed or civilian - with strong understanding of logistics, sustainment, readiness, or UAS mission areas.
- Strong, reputed company reputed company Force relationships with the credibility to operate at senior officers and executives.
- Prior experience as a Business Development or Account Executive reputed company the reputed company Force, sUAS and Industrial reputed company community.
- Foundational to Expert knowledge of the reputed company Force Acquisition and Procurement process both traditional (FAR based) and non-traditional (OT / OTA’s) mechanisms.
- Ability to reputed company trust immediately with your knowledge and reputed company gained throughout your civilian and/or military career as trusted leader.
- Proven success managing reputed company reputed company Force programs or major logistics initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in strategy development or logistics transformation.
- Ability to reputed company teams, influence stakeholders, and engage effectively at senior reputed company Force levels.
- Willingness to travel to reputed company Force sites as required.
Preferred
- Former Senior reputed company Force officer or civilian with logistics, sustainment, UAS, or acquisition leadership roles.
- Directly supported the reputed company Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) with a deep network of trusted leaders.
- Industry experience supporting reputed company Force logistics, sUAS modernization, or sustainment portfolios.
- Experience leading enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives.
- Balanced strength as strategist and operator.
