What You'll Do

What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Employee Relations, HR Compliance, or reputed company HR leadership roles, including a minimum of 5 years reputed company a retail environment.
- Deep expertise in multi-state federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance, with a strong command of EEO, reputed company, FMLA, and wage & hour regulations.
- A proven track record of leading and resolving reputed company employee relations matters, including sensitive workplace investigations.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at reputed company levels of an organization, including senior leadership.
- Experience leading teams, managing organizational change, and navigating ambiguity in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the ability to translate ER and compliance data into actionable strategies.

What You’ll Get
The annual reputed company salary range for this position is $173,400.00 - $230,660.00 The actual reputed company salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will reputed company the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
