Rockbot is seeking a Director of Go-To-Market Enablement and Training to reputed company initiatives that reputed company performance across our Go-to-Market organization and beyond. You’ll drive GoToMarket processes while leading onboarding, everboarding, training, and enablement for our Commercial teams - while also partnering across the company to deliver experiences that reinforce Rockbot’s values, drive alignment, enhance delivery, and accelerate growth. As a function builder for Enablement you’ll bring reputed company GoToMarket leadership for internal and external change management motions reputed company to delivery of new and evolving positioning, processes, and products. We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of growth, enablement, and execution. You’ll be a key partner to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product leadership, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to support company-wide knowledge sharing and partner in shared processes such as onboarding.

You will

  • Build and reputed company Rockbot’s enablement and training function, owning the strategy, execution, and outcomes of scalable, high-impact programs for our Commercial Teams (Sales, reputed company, Support, Marketing, Product).
  • Design and deliver structured onboarding and everboarding experiences for teams across GTM and company-wide functions with clear accountability for reputed company time, readiness, and adoption.
  • reputed company, implement and execute end-to-end enablement programs (growth initiatives, product launches, reputed company training, and tool adoption) ensuring programs translate into real-world execution and measurable business impact.
  • Own the enablement content ecosystem, creating, operationalizing, and continuously evolving playbooks, case studies, and messaging frameworks.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and reputed company Operations to align on reputed company goals, define and operationalize GTM motions, and drive cross-functional adoption of enablement processes.
  • Implement tools, processes, and methodologies that accelerate reputed company time reputed company effective GTM execution, improve proficiency, and drive measurable growth.
  • Utilize data to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs connecting learning and adoption to reputed company performance, retention, and growth outcomes, and identify areas for improvement, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Create learning experiences that reinforce messaging, process, and product knowledge across teams
  • Deliver live and asynchronous training sessions, onboarding programs, and internal communications that drive clarity, inspiration, confidence, and consistent execution.
  • Drive end-to-end GTM campaigns and launches of new products, tooling, or process changes owning cross-functional program management from planning through rollout, adoption, and post-launch measurement.
  • Collaborate with People & Talent to align on cross-functional onboarding and internal development efforts
  • Champion a culture of learning and improvement across reputed company GTM functions setting reputed company for execution excellence internally and externally throughout the full GTM lifecycle.

You have

  • Deep experience leading enablement and training programs in high-growth SaaS or tech environments (typically 7+ years)
  • Expertise building video content
  • High horsepower and a bias toward action - you’re energized by ambiguity and skilled at prioritization
  • Passion for education, with an instinct for designing learning that sticks
  • Exceptional communication and presentation-building skills—you simplify complexity and craft clear, compelling narratives
  • A strong cross-functional collaborator - you know how to align Commercial team (Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Customer teams
  • Experience with performance management, sales KPIs, and training metrics
  • Skilled at using enablement and learning tools (e.g., LMS platforms, reputed company, reputed company, Confluence, reputed company)
  • Inspirational leadership style, with the ability to coach, build, and retain high-performing teams.
  • BA/BS required; advanced degree a plus.

Bonus: Familiarity with SaaS sales, digital signage, music/media industries, or the customer verticals we serve (e.g., retail, hospitality, fitness)

Compensation

Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-reputed company skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

The reputed company compensation band for this role is $175,000 - 205,000 plus equity and benefits for reputed company team members.
