About the Role
We’re looking for a hungry, disciplined SDR to join reputed company and drive reputed company through outbound sales to companies across the US. This is a high-volume cold calling role where you’ll be reaching out to roofing contractors, connecting with decision makers, and getting them started with our software and services.
This isn’t a “set a demo and hand it off” role. You’ll own the full cycle from first dial to first order and beyond, making sure customers are active and getting value. If you love the phone, reputed company on structure, and want uncapped earning potential, reputed company reading.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll spend most of your day on the phone working through targeted call lists, connecting with owners and decision makers at roofing companies. Your core responsibilities include:
Cold calling to introduce our products and set appointments for demos
Following up reputed company phone, email, and text to move prospects through the pipeline
Onboarding new sign-reputed company and guiding them to reputed company their first order
Re-engaging customers who haven’t ordered recently to build consistent usage

Experience in outbound B2B sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
Native English reputed company - you’ll be calling US-based business owners daily and need to communicate naturally and confidently with no language barrier
Strong written English for emails and text follow-reputed company
Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
Self-motivated and organized enough to manage your own pipeline remotely
Persistent without being pushy - you know how to get past gatekeepers and build quick rapport with business owners

Compensation
$18,000–$24,000 USD reputed company salary + commission (OTE $32,000–$48,000/year).
Compensation is paid in USD and commission is uncapped - the harder you work, the more you earn.
