Job Category

This role will have the opportunity to work alongside a team growing a high-value product in the Finance space, reporting to the Senior Director of Operations directly and having cross-functional exposure to Sales, Account Management, Product and Technical teams- a great learning opportunity to be at the center of it reputed company. You will work externally with our Lender-partners and reputed company exposure to that industry.

Responsibilities

• Vet contractors and evaluate fraud risks.
• Submit contractor applications to multiple lenders and track reputed company.
• Manage reputed company cases that support expansion of existing business.
• reputed company recurring compliance audits (licenses, re‑vetting, documentation).
• Communicate with lenders to obtain missing or clarifying submission details.
• Collaborate internally with Sales and Account Management.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar
• 1+ years of Accounting or Operations experience

• Ability to work autonomously and problem-solve
• Attention to detail and ability to spot risk
• Understanding of the Lending space a plus
